Kona Medical Consulting is currently looking for a Qualified Behavioral Health Practitioner (QBHP) which will be under the Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan in Pontiac, Michigan. This is a center-based ABA Therapy Facility (No in-home or community-based services required). Job Functions: Maintain a caseload of 2-4 clients (FT) or 5-10 clients (PT) at the center. Conduct 6-month assessment write-ups within 5 days and submit them for supervisor approval. Manage scheduling, data review, and treatment adjustments within the center-based setting. Implement and oversee programming, ensuring meaningful progress. Conduct parent training, assessments, and case collaboration with other professionals. Provide 10% supervision per caseload, ensuring quality treatment and skill development for RBTs. Attend weekly supervision meetings with a certified BCBA to review progress and case concerns.
