Boarding Program and Well‑Being Co‑ordinator

Location: Bishop Strachan School – boarding program. Position: Permanent, full‑time. The role leads a small family group of boarders and participates in routine supervision of all boarders in the program. Works closely with the Dean of Boarding.

Responsibilities

• Support the student leadership program by collaborating with Boarding Staff to develop initiatives and activities that foster leadership and student well‑being.
• Develop student well‑being initiatives and activities that support the student leadership program, in collaboration with other Boarding staff members.
• Monitor the delegated budget area for specific Boarding program activities in association with the Dean of Boarding.
• Ensure Boarding Engagement Tracker, Boarding Climate Survey and student well‑being data are gathered and analysed and collaboratively plan appropriate responses.
