We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Back of the House Manager to help lead kitchen operations, support staff, and ensure food production runs efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview As our Back of the House Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, food preparation, inventory, labor management, and scheduling while helping lead and develop a strong team. This is a hands‐on leadership role — we are looking for someone who can jump in, support the kitchen during busy rushes, and lead by example.
