Airswift is currently partnering with a leading engineering and fabrication business in Henderson, WA, seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Welder Leading Hand for an immediate start opportunity.

This position is suited to a trade-qualified professional with strong fabrication and welding capability, previous leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with tradespeople, supervisors, and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshop crews in daily fabrication and welding activities
• Coordinate workflow and maintain productivity across the team
• Liaise with trades, supervisors, and apprentices on project requirements
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Support workshop delivery deadlines and operational targets
