MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Bonds Secretary in the Property Department of our Pretoria Branch

Requirements:

• Experience with bond registrations for Investec and ABSA;


• Other banks' experience advantageous 


• Detail and task orientated


• Ability to work independently and in a team


• Ability to handle high volumes of work and in a high pressure environment


• Ability to attend to a bond instruction from start to finish


• Excellent administrative skills


• Excellent time-management skills


• Client focused and good communication skills


• Problem solving abilities


• Knowledge of FICA risk based policies
