An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, personable, dynamic and self‑motivated individual, to join the Ophthalmology Booking Team as a booking co‑ordinator. We are looking for candidates who have a good basic education, GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, and who have clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, to enable liaison with multi-disciplinary teams, patients and carers.

Excellent customer service skills and experience are vital as the role is patient facing. A basic understanding of Microsoft applications would be helpful but is not essential as training will be provided. You must be reliable, able to work well in a team and feel comfortable working under pressure but also have the ability to work autonomously when required.
