Function Finance/Administration Facility Position Bookkeeper Introduction

A vacancy exists for a Bookkeeper, based at the FSC in Dunkeld, reporting to a Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing data, payments and performing specific general ledger recon’s to specific areas of the financial processes in the financial accounting of Life Healthcare.

Critical Outputs

Responsible for preparation of accounting reconciliations and resolving of reconciling items in relevant accounting process

Responsible for capturing asset capitalisations where allocated

Responsible for month end processes and assist in capturing of data

Ensure compliance with corporate governance, company procedures and protocols

Assist in Adhoc projects

Assist in Annual Asset Exercises

Year-end responsibilities include property, plant and equipment Reconciliations.
