The Boutique Manager is accountable for the overall performance of a luxury watches and jewellery boutique in Singapore, one of Asia’s most competitive and sophisticated luxury retail markets. This role requires a commercially driven leader who can balance exceptional client experience with strong operational discipline, while representing the brand with credibility, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
As the senior figure within the boutique, the Boutique Manager serves as brand ambassador to local, regional, and international clients, including HNW and UHNW individuals, collectors, and tourists, while leading a high-performing team in line with the brand’s global standards.
