Job Description
- Reporting to General Manager
- Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with VIPs and luxury collectors.
- Advising customers on horology, technical specifications, and the craftsmanship of the Swiss watch brands
- Ensuring high retail standards, handling transactions, and managing inventory. Maintain boutique cleanliness
- After‑Sales Support - Assisting with watch servicing, warranties, and repairs
- Other ad‑hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements - Track record in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales, with strong knowledge of high‑value transactions. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with no relevant experience but passionate in the luxury timepiece industry
- Strong communicator, good teamplayer and excellent client‑management skills
- Deep appreciation and understanding of the technical details, cultural legacy and value of luxury Swiss Timepiece advantageous
