In this role, you will report to the Manager of Enterprise Applications and play a key role in optimizing the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations module. Tasks include user support, process improvements, and assisting cross-functional teams. You'll participate in testing upcoming releases and enhancements, ensuring readiness for operational use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and learn various D365 processes for efficiency
• Document user needs and current processes meticulously
• Participate in testing and log defects for effective resolutions
• Assist in creating training guides and quick reference material
• Propose improvements to resolve recurring operational issues
