TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial institution to hire a Branch Call Support Consultant.
What You’ll Be Doing

+ Provide real-time support to branches and customers via phone

+ Handle high-volume inbound calls, including escalations

+ Investigate and resolve account and operational issues

+ Partner with internal teams to drive resolutions

+ Document interactions clearly and accurately

+ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction

What You Bring

+ At least 3 years of experience in a call center or banking environment

+ Strong ability to manage escalated or sensitive customer situations

+ Clear and professional communication skills

+ Comfort using multiple systems and technology tools

+ Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
