Branch Manager - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Location: Northfield Branch

Salary: £23,812 per annum

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 25 hours per week (09:00 - 14:00, Monday - Friday / 09:30 - 12:30 Saturday)

What you’ll be doing

• Looking after the day to day running of your branch.
• Leading and coaching your team whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Managing recruitment and retention of a high-quality team whilst highlighting good behaviours and tackling poor behaviours fairly and promptly.
• Supporting customers with their financial goals, whether they are looking for their first home or to build up savings, with a positive attitude and readiness to help.
