The branch manager is accountable for achieving branch objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of Branch strategy to achieve ROAM.
  • Setting of and adherence to regional budgets, sales forecasts and fixed costs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating targets and initiating corrective action plans where necessary.
  • Monitoring and control of working capital.
  • Create and maintain effective customer relationships
