Qualifications & experience

• Graduate of any 4‑years course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar work environment.
• With work experience in recruiting, training and people management is an advantage.
• Must be willing to undergo a six‑week management training program.
• Customer‑oriented, Sales‑driven, and highly motivated individual.
• Have a passion for travel or field work.
