Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperational Requirements (Job Description):
Report to the branch manager. Oversee that the sales area, offices, store facilities, kitchen, and ablutions are kept clean and attractive. Answer telephones and assist customers and suppliers during sales calls and purchases. Notify management of any equipment failure or maintenance issues. Order and maintain office supplies and sales catalogues. Maintain a file system for necessary documentation. Setup meeting agendas and take notes of discussions and resolutions. Manage petty cash and monitor cash income and expenses. Open the branch in the morning and lock up in the evening. Assist with stock taking when required.
