• Act as a passionate spokesperson for the gaming platform, representing its values and unique offerings to the gaming community.
• Provide support and assistance to players, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive user experience.
• Gather player feedback, suggestions, and insights to communicate to the internal teams and contribute to product improvement and development.
• Encourage and empower community members to become brand advocates, fostering a positive and supportive gaming environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and gaming community preferences to inform marketing and promotional strategies.
