What You’ll Do

• Lead kitchen execution across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and cleanliness
• Implement and maintain SOPs, recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Coach and support kitchen teams on station performance, service readiness, and peak‑hour execution
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance with Quality & Compliance teams
• Conduct regular outlet visits, quality checks, and operational audits‑driving action plans
• Support inventory control, waste reduction, and food cost optimization
• Partner with Ops and Restaurant Managers on labor planning, productivity, and kitchen KPIs
• Support new menu launches, product trials, and seasonal rollouts
• Lead kitchen readiness for new openings and ensure smooth execution
