Investment Debt Purpose of the Job: The position is responsible for analysis of companies and sectors, preparing detailed updates / MIS and reports on portfolio companies on an ongoing basis. Independently able to undertake fundamental analysis of companies to form credit view. Keep up to date with market information and stay ahead of the curve to manage portfolio risks. Good networking skills. Adhering to regulatory and ethics code Corporate Credit with Rating Agency or Banks Conversant with legal documentation CA (1st Attempt and Rank-holder) / CFA (additional qualification desirable) ~1-3 years of experience in Corporate Credit with Rating Agency or Banks ~ Alternatively, Engineer – MBA only from premier institutes on a very selective basis can be considered if there is relevant experience in place.
