Brand Visual Identity Ownership
Own the brand’s visual language across packaging, ATL/BTL, digital, and in-store assets.Ensure consistency of design elements across all consumer touchpoints.Act as the design authority during portfolio transformation and repositioning.Packaging Design & Artwork Governance
Lead packaging design for existing products, NPDs, relaunches, and line extensions.Own end-to-end packaging artwork management from concept to print-ready files.Ensure accurate translation of design intent into physical packs.Marketing & Communication Assets (Design Lens)
Partner with Brand Marketing to translate approved strategies into creative outputs.Review and approve all ATL, BTL, and digital creatives for design quality and brand fit.Ensure design excellence without influencing communication strategy or messaging.P...
