Job Description
What you’ll do - You will forge strong relationships with all Middle East property marketing teams and GMs working closely together to ensure marketing plans are contributing to the financial success of rooms M&E wellness and restaurants & bars. Be prepared to step in and work on action plans to address key needs and focus areas.
- You will drive the marketing plans for all new openings across Middle East supporting new property teams to deliver opening plans that drive successful commercial results as well as establish our hotels and the restaurants & bars within them as new destinations with brand love and positive reviews.
- Be involved in recruitment of any marketing roles in Middle East for Ennismore properties to ensure we recruit the right profiles and then spend time on property with teams to onboard new starters so they understand how we do things in our brands and inspire them to do great work.
