Role: Brand Manager
Location: Dubai
We are partnering with a large global retailer who is seeking a Brand Manager to drive sales growth, profitability and brand excellence. The role requires strong commercial acumen, vendor/landlord negotiations, P&L ownership and proven experience in sales planning, merchandising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-line & bottom-line performance through effective business planning.
- Negotiate with vendors & landlords to secure agreements and optimize margins.
- Oversee store operations, sales forecasting, merchandising and marketing execution.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards VM and customer experience excellence.
- Manage inventory, pricing and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train and develop a team while driving performance against KPIs.
