Overview

Leads new product innovation projects.. This highly visible position located at our Global Headquarters in Ewing; NJ will assist and independently lead Global New Product Innovation initiatives to help achieve annual growth targets.

Responsibilities


+ Lead new product innovation projects, including developing strategies, conducting analyses, and validating opportunities to achieve growth targets

+ Manage day-to-day operations of DTC Test & Learn initiatives

+ Identify, assess, and champion new growth opportunities through consumer validation, R&D validation, operations, and financial analysis

+ Leverage industry tools such as Numerator, Nielsen, and IRI data for category analysis and forecasting
