1. Develop and implement brand development strategiesDevelop comprehensive brand strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and brand value in the market. Implement integrated marketing communication (IMC/ICP) and ATL (Above The Line) activities to reach a broad target audience, ensuring brand presence and brand health.
Build and manage the annual marketing budget for the brand, ensuring appropriate allocation across different marketing activities. Monitor and analyze actual expenses against the approved budget and make adjustments when necessary to optimize resources. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments based on ROI and provide periodic reports to management.
Research and analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective brand development solutions.
