Job Role Summary
Effective management of all commercial and marketing aspects of the assigned brand portfolio.
Area of Responsibility Develop annual business plans for the assigned brands and seek alignment with Brand Owners and internally. Co-develop all sales strategies and marketing activities with Brand Owners to achieve the monthly sales targets and brand targets. Work closely with the Sales Team to develop 12-month trade activities calendar (by channel, by key customers) and ensure proper and timely execution in the outlets. Plan, organize and implement brand campaigns, consumer and trade promotions. Establish merchandising guidelines to ensure impactful in-store visibility. Guide Sales Team on securing effective points of engagement/space buy in-store that will drive purchase. Develop POSM/marketing collaterals to support new launches, promotions, activations.
