Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with influencers (micro to celebrity)
  • Oversee content collaborations across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
  • Track and report campaign performance (ROI, engagement, reach)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing and social media trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience managing influencers/KOLs or celebrities
  • Strong knowledge of influencer strategies and consumer/tech marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to handle both big-picture strategy and daily tasks
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
