Key Accountabilities:-
Brand Supply Chain Operations (BAU):
Manage day-to-day manufacturing and supply delivery for core SKUs in line with agreed forecasts and production schedules.Collaborate closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to maintain steady brand availability.Identify and mitigate capacity, material, and operational risks affecting business-as-usual supply.New Product Development & Launch Management:
Operationalize approved NPD, relaunch, and portfolio expansion initiatives into detailed manufacturing and supply plans.Oversee end-to-end launch readiness, covering material availability, production trials, capacity planning, quality sign-offs, and initial shipments.Drive disciplined execution to meet launch timelines, flagging risks early and implementing corrective actions.Supply Risk & Issue Management:
