The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the complimentary breakfast area while providing friendly and attentive guest service.
Prepare and set up breakfast items according to brand standards.
Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation.
Replenish food and beverage items throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, tables, and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Properly store food items and rotate inventory (FIFO).
