Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Line Support for equipment in London MCR / DCs in relation to Telstra′s Internet Delivery Network (IDN), Global Media Network (GMN), Special Events Network (SEN), 2110 systems and cloud platforms
• Work with teammates and operations teams to facilitate any changes to config/ upgrades or maintenance on any live platform system.
• Be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live broadcast for live events.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of equipment.
• Stay informed about advancements in broadcast technology and industry trends.
