About the job Broker Sales Manager - Batangas

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects
• Serves as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc. and accredited brokers
• Assists accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers
• Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding;
• Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers
• Plans/proposes incentive programs to entice brokers – attract more brokers to join the team and generate more sales for the existing ones
• Oversee accredited brokers' marketing activities to ensure the sales target is achieved.
• Oversees the performance of brokers
• Perform other tasks as may be required.
