What you’ll do.

As a Broker Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the new business customer journey. Reporting directly into the Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales team, brokers, and the wider business to ensure brokers receive a market‑leading experience. You will be buddied up with account managers, providing full administrative support as well as nurturing ongoing relationships with brokers to see through deals and act as the first point of contact for any queries.

Attendance of the Staines office will be required for the first 6‑8 weeks to ensure robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial tr...
