Broker Support Officer (Australian Home Loans)
Position Overview
The Broker Support Officer will provide efficient offshore operational support to our client’s mortgage consulting services. This role is focused on accurate data entry, document management, and preparation of compliance documentation to support the efficient progression of loan applications.
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years Australian mortgage experience, and a good working knowledge of the end-to-end mortgage process.

Loan Processing & Data Management
- Accurate data entry of loan applications into ApplyOnline (AOL) and client CRM systems.
- Maintain and update loan application records across relevant platforms.
