This role provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to management teams while ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

+ Conduct on-site evaluations of assigned restaurants

+ Ensure adherence to McDonald’s brand standards, food safety procedures, and cleanliness expectations

+ Monitor drive-thru performance, speed of service, and order accuracy

+ Ensure proper staffing levels and labor deployment
