**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble wall panels or trusses using hand and power tools.
+ Collaborate effectively with other team members.
+ Ensure accurate and precise construction by reading and interpreting tape measures.

**Essential Skills**

+ Prior experience in construction.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as swinging a hammer to pound plates into trusses.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with construction framing and concrete work.
