Job Description - Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans
- Troubleshoot and respond to facility related issues and breakdowns
- Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
- Support fire safety systems checks and general safety inspections
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports using maintenance systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Support office layout changes, furniture installation, and equipment relocation as required
