Responsibilities

• Producing accurate take-offs, measurements, and bills of quantities for civils and building works
• Reviewing tender documentation and identifying technical or commercial queries
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and assess competitive quotations
• Supporting the preparation of robust and commercially competitive prime cost estimates
