**Maintenance Technician III**

In this position you’ll perform building maintenance for 1,000,000 square feet of laboratory, vivarium and office space

**Job Responsbities**

+ Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance and repair of building systems, including basic electrical, lighting, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and life safety systems
+ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with established safety procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
+ Conduct regular inspections of the facility, grounds, and equipment.
+ Complete assigned monthly preventive maintenance tasks and respond to reactive work orders.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and records, including daily logs, timesheets, and routine and non-routine maintenance records.
+ Assist with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, fixture installation, and equipment relocation.
