Position Overview

We are seeking hands-on Building Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep and operations of a large industrial facility. This role is ideal for candidates with strong building maintenance experience who are comfortable working independently and responding to operational and maintenance needs.

Working Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for building and facility equipment, including HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, lighting, generators, and electrical systems.
• Support daily operations and maintenance of a large industrial facility, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.
