JD Summary The Technical Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment within the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading edge facilities and workplace services that align to JLL’s “The Future of Work” methodology.
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide support in general activities and any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Management team.
- Support onsite JLL FM team.
- Efficiently conduct site walk and conduct daily grounds inspections, removing debris and completing repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Support FM team with daily/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance.
