As GRAHAM continues its exciting growth across the UK, we are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Building Services Manager to join our London Fit Out team. This is a pivotal role for a technical expert who can lead complex building services delivery across electrical, mechanical, controls, fire, security, water treatment, network systems and more.

Commercial office/workplace fit‑out experience is essential for this role.



The Role

You will be the key technical authority within the regional team, responsible for overseeing building services throughout design, construction, commissioning and handover phases. Your expertise will ensure every project is compliant, efficient and delivered to the highest standard.
