Job Description
Responsibilities - Security Management: Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures across all buildings. Manage security staff and ensure all personnel are trained and compliant with security standards. Oversee access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems in all buildings. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Respond to security breaches and incidents promptly and effectively.
- Cleaning Services: Manage the cleaning staff and ensure all areas of the facility are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Develop and monitor cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with cleaning contractors to ensure service levels are met across all buildings.
