I’m currently working with a well-established Tier 1 main contractor who are known for delivering large commercial projects across New Zealand. They’re now looking for a Building Services Specialist/Coordinator to join the team in Auckland and support the delivery of some significant upcoming projects.

This role will see you coordinating building services packages across the project, working closely with the site and project teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from installation through to commissioning and handover.
You’ll be involved in areas such as electrical/mechanical, hydraulics, security, comms, BMS and Fire Systems amongst others, while also helping coordinate related elements like passive fire and seismic requirements.
