Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs. Advertise vacancies. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Supervise other workers. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment Terms
