About the Role Perform first-line troubleshooting and rectification works to General Building, ACMV, Fire and Electrical equipment and Systems. Coordinate and assist in the building daily operations. Carry out daily inspections at common area M&E equipment and up-keep of the building's common area. Provide front-line response to site management's feedback and complaints with regards to M&E matters. Coordinate and carry out checks on 3rd party contractor's works in common areas and report to MA. Maintain proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical equipment and parts. Respond and attend to emergency calls, after office hours and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of plant and equipment. Supervise and ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance to the service contract requirements.
