In this position, you will focus on assessing KiwiSaver withdrawal applications for significant financial hardship and serious illness. Many of these applications come from people facing difficult circumstances, so care and fairness are critical.

You will:

• Assess KiwiSaver withdrawal applications in line with guidelines and requirements
• Review information carefully to ensure decisions are accurate and consistent
• Work closely with KiwiSaver providers to manage applications and queries
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care
• Contribute to a smooth, efficient process and suggest improvements where possible
