Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications – Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), or a related discipline. Completed CAANZ or CPA professional accreditation.
Experience – Minimum of 9 years’ experiences in a management role working in a public practice, along with a working understanding of:
· Microsoft Applications (Intermediate Level).
· Strong foundational knowledge of the Corporations Act, accounting standards (AASBs), company secretarial requirements (including lodgements, fees, and general obligations), taxation legislation, and the services offered by the firm.
· Solid working knowledge of a range of accounting software platforms, including but not limited to Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
· Strong foundational knowledge of technical accounting concepts, including but not limited to journal entries, accruals,...
