:Seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to support delivery of strategic initiatives across Global Fixed Income (GFI) product portfolio. The role will drive requirements, stakeholder alignment, and solution design for complex, front-to-back initiatives spanning trading, risk, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis for initiatives including new product enablement, model enhancements, and regulatory programs
Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
Partner with trading desks, risk, finance, and technology teams to drive alignment
Support impact assessments, planning-phase analysis, and estimation activities
Produce high-quality artifacts (BRDs, process flows, executive summaries)
Support UAT, governance, and delivery execution
