About the Role
Provides administrative support to the team to ensure the main metrics required, such as optimization of inventories ensuring coverage of customer requirements and SOPs without incurring excess or obsolescence, accurate forecast to suppliers based on MRP demands (SAP), measurement of KPIs by maintaining a scorecard for the team, among others.
Ensures effective communication and support to the main internal client.
Works hand in hand with the Purchasing Manager to ensure timely delivery of the main reports and assignments.
Responsibilities
Ensure correct planning releases of purchased parts are sent by the team.
Ensure a safe launch for all new products from the Purchasing side.
Ensure packaging inventory for all FG demands.
Coordinate engineering changes by the Purchasing side, ensuring close communication with the Engineering team.
