Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes, and system issues to support automation initiatives and improvements to existing applications. Elicit and document business needs for new system development and translate requirements into well defined user stories.
- Create comprehensive user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and conduct manual testing, including mobile application testing. Develop wireframes to support intuitive, user centered design. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback on solutions.
