Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: IT
- Position Title: Business Analyst
- Working Location: Jurong East (5 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thurs: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Completion Bonus
- Duration: 12 months contract
Key Responsibilities - Deliver insights that drive product results.
- Research the market to define problems and size opportunities.
- Review current solutions to find gaps and synergy opportunities.
- Interview users and turn findings into clear problem statements.
- Set success metrics and build dashboards to track them.
- Analyze performance after launch and recommend improvements.
- Assess change requests for impact, effort, and resource needs.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
