Job Summary
The contractor Business Analyst will operate within the CMD Sales Systems & Process/Digital PPI framework to lead end-to-end analysis, design, and delivery of CPQ-driven transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Current State Assessment
- Analyze the existing quote creation process across SFDC, Oracle CPQ, and SAP, including configurator usage, pricing workflows, DAM approvals, and quote publication.
- Synthesize field insights (AM, TSS, DM) to identify systemic inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and data gaps.
